Blackbird
Ingredients:
2 oz Mrs McCartney’s Blackbird Blackberry Wine
2 oz of Absolut Blackberry Vodka
1 oz Aperol
IZZE Pomegranate soda or POM Wonderful and Pellegrino / club soda
Frozen blackberries
Lemon twist
Method:
Combine the alcohol ingredients in a cocktail mixer over ice. Shake well. Strain into whiskey glasses / buckets with frozen blackberries and distilled water ice cubes. Strain mixture into glass, top off with the pomegranate soda and garnish with a lemon twist. This one will have you singing in the dead of night for sure!
Serving accompaniment suggestion:
Dark chocolate mousse, plain New York cheesecake or Black Forest cake.
